Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with all included accessories (the frame, four anti-theft screws, hex wrench, and user manual) and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the item must have been purchased directly from indagotek.com.

To start a return, contact us at indagotek@gmail.com and let us know whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it — including confirming the returned unit matches the item on your original order — and let you know whether it's approved. When it is, we'll process your chosen exchange or refund.

Exchange

Want a different finish or item instead? Tell us when you start your return. Once your returned item is received and approved, we'll ship the replacement. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refund

Prefer your money back? Once approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or card company may need extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen it, contact us at indagotek@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale items, gift cards, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Fair use

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns, and to decline future orders, where we identify misuse of this policy — including excessive or fraudulent returns, returns of items not purchased from us, or attempts to return a different unit than the one originally shipped.
